No-Skewer Beef Kabobs

All the Flavor, None of the Fuss

🍽 Servings: 8-10 ⏱ Prep Time: 15 Mins + 2hours of more for Marinating 🔥 Cook Time: 15-20 Mins

One of my favorite summer dinners is beef kabobs on the grill. They're packed with flavor, colorful, and always a hit with family and friends. Instead of spending time threading steak and vegetables one by one, I simply toss everything into a grill-safe pan. The steak still gets those delicious charred edges, the vegetables become perfectly tender, and I get to spend those extra minutes around the table—or outside with the kids—instead of assembling kabobs.

If you're feeding a crowd or just looking for an easier weeknight dinner, this recipe delivers all the classic kabob flavor with less fuss and is easy to double.

đź›’ Ingredients:

Marinade

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • ÂĽ cup balsamic vinegar

  • â…“ cup coconut aminos

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 2 tablespoons steak seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Kabobs

  • 4 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1½-inch cubes

  • 3 bell peppers, cut into large pieces

  • 2 onions, cut into large chunks

  • Skewers (optional)

🔪 Instructions

  1. In a large bowl or zip-top bag, whisk together all of the marinade ingredients.

  2. Add the steak and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.

  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Place the marinated steak, peppers, and onions into a grill-safe pan or cast iron skillet. Spread everything into a single layer so the steak can brown.

  5. Grill for 15–20 minutes until the steak reaches your preferred doneness and the vegetables are tender with lightly charred edges.

  6. Serve immediately.
