My mother is in her 70s and we were looking for a primary care provider who could really take the time to understand her needs. From day one, Sarah made us both feel so comfortable and heard. What impressed me most was how thorough she was during appointments - never rushed, always explained things clearly, and made sure my mom understood her care plan. The direct care model was perfect for us because we could actually reach Sarah when we had questions, which gave us such peace of mind. I also have to mention Diana, the director of operations - she was absolutely fantastic! Always so helpful and professional whenever we called or came in. Having someone like Diana managing operations really makes all the difference in how smoothly everything runs. Unfortunately we had to move out of state after just a few months for work reasons, but I honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Sarah's approach to senior care was exactly what we were hoping to find, and the entire team treated my mother with such kindness and respect. You could tell they all genuinely cared about her wellbeing.
