Primary care services for all ages includes:

• Annual wellness / preventative care - we take a more in-depth approach to preventative care to help you stay health and avoid chronic illnesses

• Urgent care - respiratory illnesses, rashes, UTIs, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, sprains, etc..

• Chronic disease management - diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, allergies, etc…

• Procedures - abscess drainage, simple dermatological procedures, etc…

At this time we cannot offer in office vaccinations due to cost. If you are in need of a vaccination we provide a prescription and recommend a local pharmacy or health department. We do not prescribe any form of contraception or abortion pills
