Restorative, science-based fertility care.
Through Restorative Reproductive Medicine, we partner with couples to restore proper reproductive function using a science-based, whole-person approach that respects the body’s natural design and supports long-term health. We focus on diagnosing and treating the underlying causes of infertility rather than bypassing them, supporting both fertility and overall health.
Your Journey Matters
Struggling with fertility does not mean your body has failed. More often, it means your body is asking for deeper attention and care.
At Summit Direct Care, we believe fertility is closely connected to overall health — physical, emotional, and relational. Our role is to walk alongside you with clarity, patience, and compassion, offering a thoughtful plan and steady support rather than pressure or quick fixes.
Every couple’s story is unique, but our care generally follows three intentional stages.
These stages provide structure while allowing flexibility based on your individual needs.
Stage 1: Uncover the Why
Infertility is a sign of an underlying imbalance. The first step is listening closely to the body and uncovering the root causes that may be interfering with conception.
We use a variety of diagnostics, which may include:
Fertility-focused cycle charting to understand hormonal patterns
Comprehensive hormone and metabolic lab testing
Targeted ultrasounds to evaluate ovarian and uterine health
Review of medical history, lifestyle factors, and prior treatments
Rather than labeling infertility as “unexplained,” we work to understand the why — clarity leads to more effective and personalized care.
Stage 2: Support Healing
Once underlying issues are identified, we focus on creating the conditions the body needs to heal and function well.
Using a restorative approach, care may include:
Thoughtful hormone optimization tailored to your cycle
Targeted medical treatment when appropriate
Lifestyle and nutritional guidance to support hormonal health
Stress, sleep, and movement support
Ongoing cycle review and careful clinical adjustments
The aim in this stage is not to override the body, but to work with it — restoring balance, improving cycle regularity, and supporting whole-person health.
Stage 3: Give It Time
Healing takes time, and this stage is often the most challenging — and the most important.
As treatment progresses, adjustments are minimal. We encourage patients to slow down, stay consistent, and allow the body time to respond.
Signs that treatment is working often include:
More regular and predictable cycles
Improved energy, sleep, and mood
Reduced stress and anxiety around fertility
A growing sense of trust in the body’s signals
Pregnancy is not always the first sign of progress. These markers of healing matter, and they often come first.
A Thoughtful Approach
This program is especially well-suited for couples seeking a restorative path, those who desire a deeper understanding of their fertility, or those looking for care that aligns with both science and respect for the body. We measure success not only by outcomes, but by how well your body is functioning and how supported you feel throughout the process.
For this reason, our fertility program is designed around a six-month commitment for female care, which allows adequate time for diagnostic clarity, treatment adjustments, and the body to respond.
We also believe fertility care should involve both partners. We encourage a male evaluation as part of the early process, as male factors can contribute to fertility challenges and deserve thoughtful attention as well.
