Bio:
Diana works to create a positive patient experience aimed at enhancing the well-being of the families and individuals that we care for. She brings 15 years of operational experience to Summit and has proven abilities in delivering exceptional client experiences by focusing on strategy development and implementation, system integrations, organizational design, and process improvement.

Prior to launching Summit Direct Care, Diana was the Managing Director of Operations at Cresset, a multi-family office, overseeing Billing, Reporting, Trading, Business Intelligence and Private Investment processing. She has spent her entire career in Wealth Management. From her start at Merrill Lynch to her subsequent move to the Registered Investment Advisory space, with HighTower Advisors and PagnatoKarp, which later merged with Cresset. The push to the independent space was backed by a mission to offer a conflict-free, fiduciary platform for individuals and families; similar to what Summit Direct Care is bringing to the healthcare space.

Following the birth of her fourth child, Diana ultimately decided not to return to the world of finance and instead spend her time building this direct care practice with her husband, Dr. John Grimsley.
