Pull-Apart Cheesy Beef Sliders
A simple, crowd-pleasing meal for gatherings, potlucks, and busy family nights
Whether you’re hosting a team dinner, heading to a potluck, or feeding a house full of hungry kids, these cheesy beef sliders are an easy win. Made in one pan and ready in minutes, they’re warm, satisfying, and guaranteed to disappear fast.
🛒 Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
2 packs of slider buns (Hawaiian, Brioche or Potato rolls)
16-20 slices Colby Jack cheese (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp butter, melted
Garlic salt to taste
Optional add-ins:
Worcestershire sauce (1–2 tsp mixed into beef)
Pickles or sautéed onions for serving
🔪 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook the beef
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with garlic salt (I like Lawry’s), and cook until browned. Drain excess grease, if needed.Prep the buns
Without separating the rolls, slice the entire pack in half horizontally. Place the bottom half on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.Layer the sliders
Add a layer of Colby Jack cheese
Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the cheese
Add another layer of cheese
Place the top buns on
Brush & bake
Brush the tops with melted butter.
Bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden.Separate & serve
Gently pull apart the sliders and serve warm.
