Bio:

Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Franciscan University of Steubenville. Following graduation, she moved back to her hometown in Northern Virginia and began working as a Labor and Delivery Nurse. Her experience ignited a passion for women's health and wellness and a longing for delivering individualized health care. She is passionate about living a holistic lifestyle that supports our bodies as they have been created. 

Sarah lives in Fairfax with her husband, John.
