Bio:

Sarah received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Family Medicine at the University of Maryland. Sarah has a passion for holistic women’s health, restorative reproductive medicine, and all things hormones. She teaches the Marquette Method of NFP to women and couples, particularly those who are post-partum and/or breastfeeding. She is a member of the Marquette Method Professional Association and the International Institute for Restorative Reproductive Medicine.

Sarah lives in Centreville, VA with her husband and two daughters.
